Shipping Policy:

The Sleep Store offers shipping within the United States via:

  • UPS Ground — Arrival within 3-5 Business Days
  • UPS 2 Day Air — Arrival within 2 Business Days
  • In-Store Pickup

Some restrictions may apply. Please see below or check product pages where applicable for more details.

  • Additional shipping time and surcharges may apply to deliveries in Alaska, Hawaii or remote locations
  • We ship most in-stock merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please allow one (1) addtional business day for order processing.
  • Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped in the state of Washington at 9.5%
Online Return and Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt for refund, exchange or credit.

All defective accessories are returnable within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Accessories not deemed to be defective require a nominal transportation & recycling fee.

Please note that sleep products cannot be resold as they are considered person care items. Returned items in good condition are donated to local charities. Refunds are issued once the merchandise has been received and inspected. All Items must be returned in excellent condition without stains, rips or tears.

If you do elect to return your merchandise, please call The Sleep Store at 1-425-454-8727 for a return authorization number.

* Important: All Products must be returned in excellent condition, in their original packaging, with all instructions, warranties or other paperwork. Your reasons for returning the items are required. Please tell us why your returning it in a small note and include a copy of your invoice. If ever the item is deemed defective you will receive a full refund including the processing & recycling fee. No exchanges or money back on special/custom orders.
